Amelia got 8 mLs of pedialyte down today by sucking it down from a bottle! She's a sucker and I am so proud of her. The OT lady only thought she'd get 2mL down, so she really exceeded expectations. Again Todd came up to see the PT lady and we missed her. We were 10 minutes late and she was already gone. She did leave us a sheet of exercises to do with Amelia, so it was better than nothing. There will be other opportunities to meet with her.
Amelia's oxygen requirement has really gone up overnight and we are not sure why. She was in the high 40s and now she is at 75%. She has some kind of weird croupy cough. She doesn't have a high temperature. No one really knows what is going on. Jacqui has her today so if anyone can help her, it is her.
She weighed in at 9lbs. 1 oz. last night. She had both of her diuretics today so maybe she will lose some weight tonight.
