Emily and Amelia are having fun playing together.
First we arrived Thursday night to visit with Aunt Marian, Uncle Ben, Emily and Mia in Louisiana. We spent the night and got up after the girls went to school for the day on Friday. We loaded up the car and headed for Mobile with Aunt Marian. Uncle Ben and the girls left in a separate car that evening after work and school. Aunt Marian needed to get there early to help Grammy with preperations for all the events for the weekend!
We arrived in Mobile early in the afternoon on Friday and Aunt Catherine and her rug rats were waiting at the house for us. Addie and Amelia were so very happy to see one another. The got very close and cuddle together in Grandaddy's easy chair!
Oh I've missed you so.
The two have a mutual admiration society.
Can we take Addie home and keep her for always?!?
Cousin Thomas (better known as Bobo) gives Amelia a ride on the rocking horse. Hold on to your hat, Tilly!

I heard Thomas telling Amelia to hold on tight, because she was about to get the ride of her life! And she loved it.
His former owner must have abandoned him roadside some 15 years ago, and when Grammy found him he was in need of tender loving care, which he certainly got. He was again loved and cared for by a special little boy who gave him hours and hours of attention. Thomas loves Uncle B's Wonder Horse and is now the temporary owner until he outgrows him.
I'm sure there will be many more rides in your future, toots. Don't forget to bring your cowgirl hat and boots next time you come to town. Love Grammy
