Amelia Elizabeth!
She's lost weight, (you can actually see the puffiness diminished in her face and rolls of her arms) her urine output is up - though not to the level they really want it - and she's down to 2LPMs and 60-65%FiO2. They've cut back on her feed again from 96ml at a time to 87ml to keep her liquid intake down. She played all day and slept all night. Xina will be visiting and playing with her today, after getting a much needed rest and vacation over the weekend, and I know Amelia will love that! She missed her mommy... those substitutes (nurses), as nice and caring as they are, just aren't the same.
Could we still be on schedule to have her home before her 1st birthday? We're only 6wks out, so it's going to be close...
