Everything's been running fine this week. AE is down to 1/2Lpm on the flow rate, and we've had her below that for a while. She's still dealing with some snot issues, but they're a little better than they were last week, and Xina is able to stay on top of it. The main problem this week is AE's reflux/throwing up. Just about everyday she chokes and throws up. We're not 100% sure if it's 100% due to reflux or having mucus in her throat she's trying to move. But because she's breathing so well, we don't think she's aspirated any of it. Thankfully.
All batteries have been down on cameras, so all the cute chances for pics have been missed this week. But she's been awfully cute and cuddly and interactive. Therapies are going well; both therapists have said they are happy with her progress. Both Xina and AE got a treat on Wednesday, when BF Nathan showed up with mommy in tow! The therapy center doesn't normally do this, but the two kids had their therapies side by side while mommies caught up on gossip and talk.
Otherwise, it's all been relatively good. She's growing out of her cannula , so we'll have to move up a size soon. I hope she doesn't end up with her father's big nose.

This sounds like a very exciting week. I am so glad to hear things are getting better all the time. Amelia is definitely a superstar.
